  • Determine the nature and context of your business question

  • Propose appropriate level of service: this may be a scouting report that sets out the state of the knowledge of the science appropriate to address the problem then proposes opportunities to use insights arising to devise experimental protocols.

  • Verbally present insights already available from the science and brainstorm how this can be applied to help grow your business and innovate new consumer experiences.

  • Prepare documentation including experimental designs and recommended methods that will address the problem.

  • Implement studies as per designs agreed, determine recruitment criteria for study participants, execute experiments and analyse data in conjunciton with client needs.

  • Present back findings and propose further direction.

  • Additionally we can facilitate conversations with our network of academic experts to open up scope of proposals and look towards collaborative projects and funding applications.

The key factor in this is how understanding 'what the consumer cannot tell us' can help design and innovate new experiences and products that engage, and inspire to add value to the marketplace and promote business growth.  The return on investment will be exponential, putting consumer-centric design at the forefront of innovation.
